SUVsoft partners with J-Security and Exosphere Labs to enter the Japanese mobile security market
SUVsoft has entered a strategic partnership with Japanese security firms J-Security and Exosphere Labs to bring its mobile security products to Japan. SUVsoft develops the mobile security technology, Exosphere Labs supplies PC endpoint protection, and J-Security handles distribution and marketing in Japan.
SUVsoft receives investment from Jiran Security and joins the Jiran Family group
Jiran Security acquired a 40.43% stake in SUVsoft, becoming its largest shareholder, and SUVsoft joined the Jiran Family group. The aim is to bring AI technology and talent into the group's security portfolio. SUVsoft continues to operate under its existing management while collaborating with affiliates on AI.
