SUVsoft has received an investment from Jiran Security and joined the Jiran Family group. Jiran Security acquired a 40.43% stake, becoming the largest shareholder.
What the combination is for
Jiran Security supplies enterprise security products including email security, content disarm and reconstruction (CDR), and document centralisation. The purpose of this investment is to secure AI technology and talent, and embed AI into that existing security portfolio.
SUVsoft was founded in 2011 and grew around mobile security — MDM and mobile antivirus — before expanding into data analysis, data labeling and AI modelling over recent years.
Both are security companies; they simply cover different ground. Jiran Security protects work systems — email, documents. SUVsoft protects mobile devices. What SUVsoft adds on top is the AI capability it has built up in recent years.
Collaboration was already underway
This was not a first meeting. In December 2024, SUVsoft signed a joint development agreement with Jiran Data for AXworks, a private-LLM-based knowledge management solution, and the two had been building the product together. (Jiran Data was merged into Jiransoft in June 2026; the AXworks collaboration continues with Jiransoft.)
AXworks is an on-premise LLM platform that runs inside a company's own network, and it now underpins SUVsoft's On-Premise sLLM offering. The results of the collaboration came first; the investment followed.
What changes for SUVsoft
SUVsoft continues under its existing management. It keeps developing its own products and serving its own customers, while working with affiliates on AI technology.
The path runs from mobile security, through AI solutions, into global markets alongside the group's security portfolio.
